These Terms describe the conditions that apply to your access to, and use of, this
Site. If you visit us at this Site, by clicking a link on our home page to enter the Site,
you are confirming to us that you understand and accept these Terms and that you
intend and agree that they will apply to you and your use of the Site in the same way
as any signed, written contract.
Once a order has been submitted a confirmation email will be send/ received the order will then be shipped out within one business day (monday - friday).
All items are shipped usps priority mail 2-5 days. Handling 1-2 days, shipping 1-3 days.
To the fullest extent possible at law we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage) suffered by you as a result of using or consuming products on this site. Whether such loss or damage arises from our negligence or otherwise and even if we are expressly informed of the possibility of such loss or damage.
There is absolutely no returns, no exchanges or no refunds on punches. All sales are final.
